Friday keep fit class is a gentle exercise class for older adults . Lead by a qualified registered Keep Fit Association teacher which is part of the Exercise Movement and Dance Partnership (EMDP). The class starts with 10 minutes seated exercises to music to warm up, followed by standing with support and then various exercise routines to music to incorporate strength balance posture and co-ordination. All done to a variety of music with the emphasis on fun and socialisation. Come and join us, you will be made very welcome.
